The Orono Council met on the above date with the <br /> following members present : Mayor Butler, Council- <br /> members Adamsand Frahm. Councilmembers Grabek and <br /> Hammerel were absent. City Administrator Benson <br /> arrived at 7 :14 p.m. City Attorney Malkerson, City <br /> Engineer Cook, Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Public <br /> Works Coordinator Gerhardson, and Recorder Sutton <br /> represented the City staff . Planning Commission <br /> representative Rovegno was present. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda* , with all <br /> staff reports concerning items reviewed at this <br /> meeting to be attached to the original copy of these <br /> minutes on file in the City Clerk' s office. Motion, <br /> Ayes ( 3 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded, to approve the minutes of January 9 , 1984 . <br /> Motion, Ayes ( 3 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> PARR COMMISSION COMMENTS There were no Park Commission comments . <br /> LARE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br /> DISTRICT REPORT Jo Ellen Hurr was present. Hurr reviewed with the <br /> Council that the L.M.C.D. is going to redo the brochure <br /> handout of the L.M.C.D. Hurr stated that there has <br /> been discussion about reducing the night time speed <br /> limit on the lakes . Hurr noted that the L.M.C.D. is <br /> considering strict regulations on sea planes landing <br /> on Lake Minnetonka . <br /> Mayor Butler noted that on the L.M.C.D. agenda for 1984 <br /> that they are still meeting in restaurants . <br /> Hurr stated that the board did review Orono ' s request <br /> and it didn' t pass . <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS Planning Commission representative Rovegno had no <br /> comments . <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public present. <br /> �653 SCOTT GOLDSMITH <br /> 245 OLD CRYSTAL BAY RD NO <br /> EXTENSION OF FINAL <br /> SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br /> RESOLUTION �1598* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded, to approve Resolution #1598 , A Resolution <br /> approving an extension of final subdivision approval <br /> for Scott Goldsmith. Motion, Ayes ( 3 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br />
