Curtis stated he didn ' t <br /> care to do that as he is considerinq selliny the �roperty <br /> to a neighbor for lake access . Mr. Curtis has talked with <br /> Mr. Hilk about�the value and Hilk has inspected the pronertl� <br /> but had not had time to review information Curtis had <br /> sent to him regardinq the City' s policy on wetlands. <br /> Motion by Paurus seconded by Hurr to defer a decision <br /> until the reconvened meeting of the Board of June 24 , 1981 , <br /> after the Assessor has completelv reviewed all the information. <br /> P4otion carried. The Council told Curtis the City staff <br /> should notify the Council of the status of this lot so <br /> it is on record. <br />
