PARK COMMISSION <br /> No comments from the Lake P�innetonka Conservation LMCD REPORT <br /> District representative. <br /> No comments from the Planning Commission. PLANNING CONLNIISSION <br /> Mayor Van Nest announced that a public hearing was COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING <br /> called by the Planning Commission for May 19 , 1980 <br /> at 7: 30 P.M, concerning the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> No comments from the public present. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, entered SUBDIVISION <br /> into the record the request of Frank Routson, 280 Leaf Street <br /> 280 Leaf Street, for a subdivision, dated #405 <br /> April 17, 1980 , which states: ' Frank Routson <br /> The Routson Addition has at last reached the <br /> stage of final plat approval. I have worked <br /> with the Routsons for the past year through one <br /> mishap after another. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the Routson Addition <br /> plat subject to the findings and conditions noted <br /> in the enclosed resolution. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - April 21, 1980 <br /> Planning Commission voted to recommend approval <br /> of the final subdivision subject to the staff <br /> resolution. <br /> (Continued) <br />
