Larson - 724 Tonkawa Road <br /> Doug Hovelson - Sun Plewspapers <br /> Lou Oberhauser - Attorney representing James PZcCleary <br /> This work session had been called at the previous <br /> Council neeting to allow George Johnson more time <br /> to continue his �resentation for a rlarina at the <br /> Stubbs Bay PZarina area. <br /> Mr. Johnson restated his request ior a low-key <br /> fariily orientated facility with a r.laxirtum of <br /> 66 rental slips and a stor_age huildine� ?_6 ' X 40 ' X 12 ' . <br /> There would be no boat rentals, no food nor liquor, <br /> no gasoline sales, and no forklifts nor large movinq <br /> e�uipr±�ent, just the selling of limited boating supplies. <br /> The docks woulc� be limited to 26 ' boats with winter <br /> storage on land for renter' s boats. <br /> Discussion was held concerning rezoning, septic system <br /> problems in the area, the desirability of another <br /> narina at the site, the costs , risks, and problerts <br /> involved. <br />
