Pdr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the VARIANCE - record the variance request of John Swanson, 2795 Casco Point Road 2795 Casco Point Road, dated June 29 , 1978, #377 which states: John Swanson P�r. Swanson was present with revised plans and a more detailed survey for consideration. Action was deferred because staff had not had time to review the changes and there had been no time to notify the concerned neighbors. The� work. as proposed now includes a basement extension which projects beyond the average lakeshore setback of the neighboring houses but which extension is essentially below ground level presenting no �iew barrier.
