P4otion, Ayes (3) - P1ays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the JOHN BOLAND LETTER <br /> cover letter to John Boland, Metropolitan Council April 17, 1978 <br /> Chairman, dated April 17, 1978, to be attached <br /> and made a part of these Minutes.
