" <br /> • <br /> The Council approved the reconxnendation made by the Planning RR-IA Single Family <br /> � Canrnission regarding the creation of the 5-acre zone. 5 Acre Unsewered <br /> i This zone was approved as proposed by the Planning Cornmission R-IB Single Family <br /> � with the foliowing corr�nents: The Hackberry Area would be 2=aCre Unsewered <br /> zoned for I/2 acre, but the sewer would be sized for a larger <br /> � area. A study area around Hackberry will be created and the <br /> boundary lines defined as the northern most point of the exist- <br /> � ing sewer on Old Crystal [3ay Road east to north, Brown Road <br /> • south to HighHray 12 and back west to Old Crystal Bay Road as <br /> �vell as the area bounded by the RR tracks, t�layzata 61vd., and <br /> Old Crystai E3ay Road. The area on Orono Orchard Road south <br /> � of Long Lake designated previously as a study area would now <br /> � lose that status. <br /> � The lakeshore residential unsewered areas were approved pend- Lakeshore Residenti� l <br /> ing further results from the ungoing tests to determine any LR-IA Single Family <br /> � septic problems in these areas. 2-Acre Unsewered <br /> � The Council deterr�ined that the utifity zone� should be defin- B Zones <br /> � ed and that City property should be included in the utility <br /> zone.
