<br /> Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the MINUTES
<br /> Aiinutes of the Regular Tleeting of A1ay 12,
<br /> 1969, be approved. P�Iotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
<br /> The f ollowin g appeared: E. Holtkamp and
<br /> his attorney, H. Coult ,concerning division;
<br /> H. Laue concerning neighbor ' s garage.
<br /> Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that he be REPRESENTATIVE
<br /> ronw�od � a xegr��eAtative for negatiations
<br /> between Long La,ke and Orono, and that the
<br /> Mayors meet f�r �urxher n,e.gmtiations . A�otion,
<br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
<br /> Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the VARIANCE
<br /> request of Herman Renner, 3180 North Shore 3180 North Shore Drive
<br /> Drive, for a side setback variance for
<br /> construction of a garage, be approved.
<br /> A�otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
<br /> Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the DIVISION
<br /> request of Robert Armstrong, 215 North Arm 215 North Arm Lane
<br /> Lane, for a division, be given preliminary
<br /> approval . r�otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) ,
<br /> Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the �IV�SION
<br /> request of Earl Holtkamp, 3805 North Shore 3805 North Shore Drive
<br /> Drive for a division, be referred to the
<br /> Planning Commission for review and recommen-
<br /> dation. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (4} ,
<br /> 5earles moved, Franzel seconded, that the VARIANCE
<br /> Planning Commission hold a public hearing at 3895 North Shore Drive
<br /> their next regular meeting regarding the
<br /> requ�st of Lai,�rence Berquist, 3895 North
<br /> Shore Drive for a variance. Motion,

<br /> Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the BUILDABLE LOT
<br /> request of C. 1N. Beckett, 1050 Loma Linda 1050 Loma Linda Avenue
