Poison ivy has been identified on your property and as poison ivy is <br /> considered a noxious weed by Minnesota Rules 1505.0730 to 1505.0750; it must be controlled or <br /> eradicated as required in Minnesota Statutes, Section 18-78. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance and the <br /> poison ivy controlled or eradicated by October 1, 2009 in order to avoid legal action by the City. <br /> Should you have questions on proper handling of noxious weeds please contact me at 952.249.4670. <br /> Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violation prior to the deadline, the City will correct the <br /> violation and the costs to do so will be assessed against your property [Cite: City Code 58-1(c)].
