<br /> Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the REZONING
<br /> request of George Scherven, dba North Star 3260 Navarre Lane
<br /> Realty, for rezoning from R-1D to R-1B,
<br /> 3260 Navarre Lane, be referred to the Planning
<br /> Commission for review and recommendation.
