The City Council granted a lot azea variance to this <br /> lot in November 1997. One of the conclusions in the resolution was that <br /> no further vaziances would be granted for this lot or the adjacent lot (2695 <br /> Kelly Avenue). <br /> The applicant is requesting a hardcover variance in the 75'-250' setback <br /> to allow 2,350 sq. ft. of hardcover which represents 29.2% where 2,008 <br /> sq. ft. or 25% is allowed.
