The Council further desires <br /> i to have the soil piles wh�ch currently are <br /> heaped up around the pond be leveled and <br /> � seeded. P�iotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> �� Tli� Village Council instxucted the Village PtJD1D5 <br /> Administrator to write to P�ir. Dunlap, 1�Zr. Dunlap & tnlinchell <br /> tiainchell, and T�Zr. Farrell concerning the <br /> � drainage ponds on the properties of i�r. Dunlap <br /> and i�ir. Winchell. A copy of the engineering <br /> • report is to be sent to each individual <br /> � and the Village Administrator is to urge all <br /> parties concerned to come to an agreement <br /> � among themselves in this matte� if at all <br /> possible. The Village Council does not desire <br /> � at this time to take action on the pond. <br /> � The Village Engineer submitted a report to �#12 & Gld Crystal Bay Rd. <br /> � the Council concerning channelization of <br /> Highway �12 and Old Crystal Bay Road. The <br /> � Council accepted the report and ordered it <br /> filed. <br /> � <br /> � The Village Administrator reported to the PARK COP�1�'�1ISSION REPORT <br /> Council at this time that the Park Commission <br /> • did not wish to discuss the Parks Systems <br /> Analysis Proposal. The Park Commission would <br /> � be coming before the Council at a later date <br /> � on this matter. <br /> � Paurus moved, [�Jelsh seconded, to reappoint APPOINTI�IENTS <br /> � Tir.
