Lot 4, Block 1, Keliy Cove. <br /> We were told by the r+ealtor that indeed this prope�ty could have an addition built onto it <br /> of approximately 15 feet toward the lake and an unknown footage on the side of the <br /> house tawards Mr. Hoyt's property. It would be a condition of sale as to the verification <br /> of bein� able to do this. As you know Kelly Cove consists of tWo Town homes <br /> (buildings)with four residences. The other building has been added onto in both units to <br /> reflect these approximate measuremer�ts. <br /> ff indeed we can move focward with the remadeling, please let me know what we witl <br /> need to do to start this process. <br /> In addition, we have a slightly wider boat than the existing slips will accommodate.We <br /> would also need to widen one slip by 4 feet, and ideatly, lengthen it by 4 feet also. i was <br /> told by Mr. Austin Evans, the president at the associativn for Kelly Cove that as far as <br /> the Associatwn is concemed, it should not be a problem. In fact, Austin has the farthest <br /> stip in the channel and would be willing to swap slips and let us use that one. <br /> There will be two of us (both single)purchasing the property.We both own boets and <br /> would also like to know if it would be possible t�add another b�at slip at the far end of <br /> the existing docks. <br /> And finally,we were also wondering if it were possible to edd another garage on the <br /> property.We realize these additions, after approval from the city will still need approval <br /> from the Association. <br /> The intent of the existing owner is to close on the property by the end of May. I <br /> appreciate anything that can be done to have these questions answered fn an <br /> expeditious manner.
