The construction is proceeding <br /> ! at �150,000 wort;� a month and the Ii�stitute <br /> :iopes to be fully operational by the fall <br /> of 197� . :•ir. Gray pointed out tiiere is no <br /> uoat.iouse i�ivolved. He also � howed some <br /> landscapirig plans whicli includeci over l, 500 <br /> ne�a plantings to be done on tne grounds . <br /> � T;ie I,istitute is aavertising for a director <br /> on a world�,wide bas is . Over 200 liave appl ied <br /> so far . Besides tlie �lirector, tiiey Iiope to <br /> liave six full professors and twelve assistant <br /> professors . <br /> i•.Ir . Gray also pointed out that t.iey are trying <br /> to purc;iase the Hotivell liouse in 'Iinnetonka <br /> Beaci� as �aell as some of tiie s;ioreline <br /> along Lafayette Bay. <br /> � <br /> i,1r. James '�1cCleary made a presentation of STUBBS BAY ;�1ARINA <br /> his plans to buy the Stubbs Bay ilarina. His James tilcCleary <br /> concern was in being able to obtain a liquor <br /> setup license. The Council exnressed a concern <br /> S for finding w�iat tliz neighbor ' s feelings �aould <br /> be, l:nowing more about tlie ex�ent of renovation <br /> and repairs that would talce place, and tue <br /> ma;iagement ' s ability to control such an <br /> � operation before they give further consicleration <br /> to a setup license. <br /> :'�Ir. Ciiarles Peterson made a presentation in DAY CARE CENTER <br /> regarc: to tlie day care center operations at Good Sliepherd Lutheran <br /> tlie Good Shepherci Lutheran Church in Navarre.
