The City perrnits limited clearing to retain views to the lake, however <br /> prohibits cutting of anything greater than 6" in diameter (unless dead or dise sed) and <br /> intensive vegetation clearing or clear cutting. A permit through the building in pections <br /> department must be applied for prior to any cutting (permit attached for your r ference). <br /> As part of that permit, a plan/sketch must be submitted illustrating what is to b cut and <br /> what will remain.
