The approval granted by variance application 06-3211 <br /> (Resolution No. 5604) allowed 712 square feet of driveway. At the time of your building permit <br /> for your new home, the 712 square foot driveway proposed was consistent with these <br /> approvals. The current, modified driveway appears to be approximately 150 square feet larger <br /> . than the approved driveway, violating City Code 78-1288, Resolution No. 5604 as well as <br />� • Building Permit P11163. <br />� ' Please remove the additional 150 square feet of driveway hardcover by or before <br /> September 30, 2010.
