Ross called the mee+ing to order at 7 :30 P.l+_. The <br /> following Trustees were present: R. L. Searles , C . R. �uady and <br /> �,1. J. Schmitt, and the followin� were absent: R. M. Franzel. <br /> MINUTES <br /> The minutes of a regular meeting held I�Tay 11 and a special meeting <br /> held May 21 were approved as distributed, and tY�e minutes of a <br /> • r�gular meeting held May 25 and a regular meeting held June 8 were <br /> read and approved. <br />� <br /> � PUBZIC HEARING - NAVARRE PARKING LOT <br /> The T�:ayor announced that this was the time and the place f or a <br /> public hearing on a proposed municipal parking lot on the following <br /> described property: All of Lots 1 through 4 and parts of Zots 5, <br /> 6, and 23 , all in Block 6 , Navarre Heights ; and a part of I,ot 5, <br /> Block 3 , Townsite of Langdon Park. The Clerk read the notice of <br /> public hearing and displayed affidavit of publication of said <br /> rotice . The Mayor asked if there was anyone present wishing to be <br /> 1�aard on the matter. After Council heard the proponents , Mr. and <br /> ; :rs. 147. Dittrich stated their property is zoned commercial but used <br /> r°�.;�sidentially and that the,y felt the proposed parking lot would not <br /> ',^enefit their property and therefore objected to any proposed <br /> � ssessment. Searles moved that the hearing be adjourned and <br /> continued at a special meeting scheduled for 6 :00 P.M. , June 29, <br /> 1964. The motion was seconded by Sch�itt and carried.
