CASHIN � <br /> • Searles moved approval of fill permit per Chapter 38 according to <br /> plans submitted. The approval is for landscaping purposes only <br /> and does not connotate future approval of subdivision or building. <br /> The motion was seconded by Schmitt and carried. <br /> SUBDIVISIOTd - BATZLI <br /> :.:r. A. J. Strom appeared , before Council with n7r. and ryTrs . C. H. <br /> B<�.tzli requesting a building permit on a sub-standard lot, Lot 77 , <br /> Tonkaview Gardens . The request was referred to the Planning <br /> Commission for recomrsendation and study. � <br /> C0�'I�ZERCIAL DOCK I,ICENSE - SPATES <br /> Franzel moved that inasmuch as the Planning Commission has a <br /> zoning study under way a commercial dock license be approved for <br /> J . V. Spates as applied for, recognizing it is a non-conforming <br /> use of residentially zoned land. The approval of the license is <br /> not to be considered approval of extended non-conforming use.
