There appears to be a setback problem with the deck where constructed. Orono code <br /> requires a 35' front setback in your zoning district. Your options are to remove the work (the <br /> steps only could project beyond the existing porch as steps are considered a non encroachment) <br /> or you could apply for a variance to the City code.
