Graham Hill 2�d Addition was subject to the following development fees (taken <br /> from the Preliminary Plat Resolution): <br /> 1. Park Dedication Fee. The development is subject to the standard Park Dedication Fee <br /> requirement. Because the value of each newly created lot will be in excess of the threshold <br /> value of $69,375.00 the 8% park fee cap of$5,550 per lot will apply. Park dedication fee will <br /> be 1 lot x $5,550 = $5,550. <br /> 2. Storm Water and Drainaqe Trunk Fee. The development is subject to the standard Storm <br /> Water and Drainage Trunk Fee of Lot 1 ( $3,050 per acre x 2.37 gross acres = $7,228.50) + <br /> Lot 2 ($3,050 per acre x 4.0 adjusted gross acres* = 12,200.00) _ $19,428.50. "Maximum <br /> fee established in the Fee Schedule. <br /> The maximum SWDT fee established in the 2007 fee schedule for the 2 acre zone is 4.0 gross <br /> acres per lot. As Lot 2 exceeded 4.0 acres the maximum fee was charged.
