Reilly and Denise D. Reilly, husband and wite <br /> (l�ereinafter the "Developers") are the o��vners of the propei-ty witllin tl�e City of Orono <br /> (l�ereinafter the "City") located at 340� Hi�h Lane and legally described as follows: <br /> Tract B, RLS No. 843, Henoepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 17, ��007, tl�e Developers filed a complete subdi��ision <br /> application with the City for preliminary approval of a 2 lot residential plat of the Property; and <br /> «'HEREAS, after due� published and n�ailed notice in accordance witl� Minnesota <br /> Statutes 46?.3�5 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zouing a�1d Subdiaision Codes, on Nove;nber 19, <br /> ?007 the Oroi�o Planning Comnlission held a public hearing for the application at which time al] <br /> persons desiring to be heard conceining the application were �iven the opportunity to speak <br /> thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on Novenlber 19, ?007, tl�e Planning Commission reviewed tl�e <br /> application and recommended ou a vote of 6— 0 that the Council �rant preliminary plat ap��rova?; <br /> and y <br /> WHEEZE.�,S, the City Council revie���ed tl�e proposal at a re�ular meetin� held on <br /> December 10, 2007, ai�d directed staff to draft a resolution contai�ing �indin�Ts and conditions for <br /> appro��al of the a��plicatioil.
