This <br /> means anywhere on the property, basement or main floor. Also to meet the requirements of the <br /> building code, you would be required to provide a bedroom egress window, smoke detectors and <br /> minunum exiting and light and ventilation requirements would have to be met along with <br /> numerous other code requirements. As we discussed, the City will allow one week for the <br /> person to relocate. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action.
