If hardcover limits are an issue with this
properry, we recommend the applicant submit updated hardcover calculations.
• An unplanned retaining wall was constructed on the south side of the house.
This wall has sections greater than four feet in height and to our knowledge,
engineered wall plans have not been provided to the city. We recommend that
the city require the submittal of wall design caiculations and as-built drawings
certified by engineer.
• The overall as-built grading plan is generally consistent with the proposed
grading plan and is acceptable from an engineering standpoint.
If you have any questions, please call me at (651) 604-4894.
Yours very truly,
1—'.__-
Darren Amundsen
Cc: Tom Kellogg
Chris Mattson
