, ' a <br /> � � O ' V <br /> O �� O <br /> � <br /> �e _ -, � �j C ITY of ORONO <br /> �� �,'�' � RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��kESH�4� NO. ,.. ,., c-� �a <br /> �n'3T:� <br /> ��� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> FINAL APPROVAL OF A PLAT <br /> AT 120 GOLDEN VIEW DRIVE <br /> FILE NO. 2316 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the state of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br /> of an existing lot into three lots by Mike Hilbelink (hereinafter "the subdivider"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B <br /> one family rural residential zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 26, 1998 the City Council adopted Resolution #4022 <br /> granting preliminary plat approval subject to meeting the following requirements for final plat <br /> approval: <br /> Plat: <br /> 1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies has been provided. <br /> 2. Draina�e and utility easements have been dedicated 10' wide along all exterior <br /> lot lines and 5' wide along interior lot lines. <br /> 3. The plat has been named Hallson Estates Second Addition. <br /> Legal Documents: <br /> 1. A title opinion addressed to the City has been provided.
