Joe McPherson also informed me that they are <br /> using higher walls than indicated on our survey keeping the same basement elevation but raising the garage and top of <br /> foundation by about 10 inches. Since the proposed driveway grade is quite flat I see no problem with this. If you need us <br /> to revise the survey to reflect this, let me know. <br /> � <br />
