U <br /> MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCII.- SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Monday,October 29,2012 <br /> 8:00 a.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The Orono City Council pursuant to posted notice met in a special meeting on the above-mentioned date <br /> with the following members present: Mayor Lili Tod McMillan and Council Members Aaron Printup, <br /> Cynthia Bremer,Doug Franchot and David Rahn. Representing Sta.ff were City Administrator Jessica <br /> Loftus, Assistant City Administrator Mike Gaffron,Planning&Zoning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, and <br /> Public Works Director Jesse Struve.
