This application w�as reviewed as Zoning File #03-2922. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR — 1B zonin� district ���hich requires a <br /> minimum lot size of 2 acres. The lot areas of tne affected proper�ies are <br /> conformin�. <br /> 3.
