I met with you in June of 1996 at which time your system was found to be non- <br /> compliant and a new system would be required by the August 1, 1996 deadline. When we last <br /> discussed options in July of 1996, you were deciding whether to have a new design completed or <br /> install the system previously designed for you. Since then the home remodel has been completed, <br /> but the septic system has not been upgraded. <br /> Your bank,Norwest Bank Minnesota, has been notified that the septic system upgrade has not been <br /> completed. Therefore, the funds in the escrow account will not be released.
