Hennepin County <br /> expects the total removal of the fill and culvert that were placed and the ditch be restored with <br /> black dirt and seed, and sloping/ shaping to match the existing ditch line. <br /> The driveway location creates a hazard since it does not provide adequate sight distance <br /> (visibility) along CSAH 151, the fill blocks the drainage, and the on-site work activity disturbs <br /> the ditch turf causing debris on the roadway. <br /> If this removal/restoration is not completed by May 1, 2005, other action will be taken. <br /> Please call me at 763-745-7643 when the work is completed and the file can be closed. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> �� <br /> :' �,�/ � <br /> , ''`�-��`��'\ �������' /�'�__��= <br /> David K.
