, <br /> i - � 1 % <br /> � �� <br /> O O . <br /> �,d - CITY of OROND <br /> ,.� �� � � <br /> �� �'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �9kESH�4� NO. � � '�° � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> VARIANCES TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 1 (B) <br /> FILE #2359 <br /> WHEREAS, Matt Parks and Karen Parks (hereinafter "the applicants") are <br /> owners of the property located at 82� Forest Arms Lane within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 3, Block 2, Forest Arms, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); <br /> and <br /> `VHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Starirtes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on April 20, 1998, at which times all persons desiring to <br /> be heard conceming this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> `VHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 (B) to permit a one stall garage addition and a <br /> lakeside deck. <br /> l�'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2359. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Zoning District, where 1 acre is the <br /> minimum lot area. The property consists of 1.26 acres or 55,025 s.f. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on April 20, 1998, and <br /> recommended approval on a vote of 6 to 0. <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
