The parcel is split by Ferndale Road <br /> West. Only the wetlands located west of Ferndale Road W were delineated. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Resources on November 1,2011. A <br /> complete delineation report was submitted on Octobet• 10, 2014.Two wetlands were delineated on <br /> site. MCWD staff conducted a site visit to review the wetland boundary on October 20, 2014. MCWD <br /> was in agreement with the wetland boundary flagged in the field. Wetland 1 was classified in the <br /> delineation repoi�t as a Type 3 Shallow Marsh. MCWD is in agreement with this classification. <br /> Wetland 2 was described as a Type 3 Shallow Marsh in the delineation report. Wetland 2 is wooded <br /> fringe of Lake Minnetonka(DNR Public Water#27-133-02). Wetland 2 would be better classified as a <br /> Type 1 Floodplain Forest. <br /> MCWD approves the wetland boundary as delineated in the field and documented in the delineation <br /> report.This decision is valid for five years.
