Chugg Burnet Realty Title Insurance Company <br /> 900 Old Crystal Bay Road 1501 American Boulevard West <br /> Orono, MN 5539 Bloomington, MN 55431 <br /> Re: Property Address: 1080 Ferndale Road West, Orono, Minnesota <br /> Dear Mr. and Mrs. Chu�g and Ms. Booker: <br /> You have inquired about the status of certain resolutions adopted by the City of Orono, and the <br /> ability to continue to maintain a private dock on the riparian lot located across Ferndale Road <br /> West from 1080 Ferndale Road West (the "Riparian Parcel") for the benefit of 1080 Ferndale <br /> Road West (the "Principle Parcel"). <br /> The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the resolutions adopted by the City of Orono (i.e., <br /> Resolution #1886, which granted a Conditional Use Permit [Zonin� File #972], and Resolution <br /> #1983, which granted a Permit for the Private Use of the Right-of-Way of Ferndale Road <br /> [Zoning File #972]) remain in full force and effect. Based on these resolutions, the owners of the <br /> Principle Parcel and the Riparian Parcel have the right to construct and maintain a dock on the <br /> Riparian Parcel for the benefit of the Principal Parcel so long as the provisions of the subject <br /> resolutions are complied with. Maintaining a dock in materially the same manner as has <br /> occurred since these resolutions were adopted will be in conformance with the requirements of <br /> these resolutions. <br /> Piease note that the Principle Parcei and the Riparian Parcel (collectively, the "Property" have <br /> been combined.
