The buckthorn is present along a pathway leading from my house to the dock <br /> area. The buckthorn and brush will be removed. There will be no tree removal with a <br /> diameter of six inches or more and no intensive vegetation will be cleared. <br /> I understand from consultation with Kjohaug Environmental Services and my counsel at <br /> , Dorsey& Whitney and with your office that no permit is required for the buckthorn <br /> i removal work.
