Representing Staff we <br />Administrator for Long -Term Strategy Mike G, <br />Planner Evelyn Turner; City Engineer Tom Kel <br />)ned date with the following members present: Mayor <br />im Murphy, Cynthia Bremer, and David Rahn; City <br />City Administrator Ron Moorse, Assistant City <br />fron, Planning and Zoning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, <br />egg, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. APPROVE /AMEND <br />Items 9 through 14 were added to the Consent <br />Consent Agenda. <br />Murphy moved, Bremer seconded, to <br />Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL <br />Item Nos. 3 and 4 were removed from the <br />the Consent Agenda as amended. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />OF JULY 23, 2007 <br />Murphy moved, Bremer seconded, to approve�the minutes of the July 23, 2007, Regular City <br />Council meeting as submitted. PRESENTATION BY DENNY <br />HIGHWAY 12 ROUNDABOUT <br />Denny Eyler, SRF, addressed the City Council r <br />intersection of Wayzata Boulevard and new Hig <br />well as the best method to address the goals of h <br />relate to avoiding additional cost being added to <br />capacity to avoid backups on Highway 12, justif <br />constructing and operating a signal.
