March 11, 1968 The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Ross, Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, and Stubbs. Searles late. Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES • Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 26, REGULAR MtETING 1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • • Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that MINUfig the Minutes of the Special Meeting of SPECIAL M bTfNt ♦ March S, 1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the DIVISION request of Bennie Foss at 565 Old Crystal Bay Road South for a Division, be referred to the Planning Commission for review and • recommendation. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). • • The following appeared: V. Anderson, • D. Hallowell, and K. Weeks presented a Petition concerning the S. Major Building • Permit. H. Rigelhof concerning street vacation. Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that PETITION • the Petition presented concerning the BUILDING PERMIT Building Permit of Steve Major at 1855 Concordia Street, be accepted, and that a Public Hearing before the Planning Commission, be ordered. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). • Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that BUILDING PERMIT . the request of Jack Corl at 3486 Ivy Lane for a Building Permit, be referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommen- dation.
