This bridge is considered an illegal <br /> structure and results in illegal hardcover within 75-feet of the ordinary high water level (OHWL) of Lake <br /> Minnetonka (929.4'). The bridge is a violation of City Codes 78-1279(1) and 78-1288. According to <br /> ' City Code 78-1288, which governs hardcover within the shoreland of Orono, no hardcover is permitted <br /> within 75-feet of the OHWL of the lake. <br /> Please remove the bridge by or before October 18, 2010. Please be advised, if you fail to correct the <br /> violation this matter will be forwarded to the City Attorney for review and may result in criminal <br /> prosecution.
