Pro�erty Description: Lots 1 and 2 , Block 1, and Octlots <br /> A, B, C and D, all East Willow Woods, according to �he <br /> plat thereof on file in the office of the Registrar of <br /> Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota (sometimes herei:: <br /> referred to as the "Property") . <br /> 2 . ZoninQ: The Property is zoned as a Planned Unit <br /> Development under the Orono planned unit developnen� <br /> ordinance with underlying B-6 zoning.
