Ceiling - open to floor joists. Two posts in poor condition. <br /> First Floor <br /> 3. Walls - Al1 interior and exterior walls have the lath and plaster . <br /> removed. Insulation removed. Firestopping not provided. <br /> 4. Cei lings - Exposed f loor joists. Some f loor joist to 2nd f loor <br /> have no bearing. No fire stops at floor/ceiling provided. <br /> � 5. Floors - Floor joists not exposed. No access to crawl space. <br /> Second Floor <br /> 6. Walls - All interior and exterior walls �have lath and plaster <br /> . removed. Sheet rock has been done in one room without the required <br /> inspections. Wall studs in one room have improper bearing. <br /> 7.
