Y BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of AOrono,Minnesota,as follows: (1) The detailed plans and specifications heretofore prepared by William T. Mills for construction of 63 STP 1963 IS 19 '" 63 TS 1963 TS 2'963 LS 1,63 LS 2 and 63 TLS 1 are hereby approved and ordered filed. (2) This Council shall meet on Monday,June 10,1963 at +: 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall in the Village of Orono, for the purpose of receiving and considering sealed bids for the construction of said improvement,and the Clerk is hereby author— t! ized-and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin,pub— h lished at Minneapolis,Minnesota,once at least three weeks prior to the 'date of said meeting,which notice shall specify the time and place�of'the meeting,the nature of the work,that sealed bids for said -work must be received by the Village Clerk 'prior to the time 3r'.` of said meeting,accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or bid'bond in the amount of at least 5% of the respective bids,that- Council'reserves the right tp hold such bids for a period of 30 days without award and the right to reject any and all bids with— out explanation and to waive any informalities H.
