It was the <br /> Fax:(952)471-0682 action of the Board to approve this application with the following conditions: <br /> Email: <br /> • Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of$ 375.75 <br /> • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$ 23.40 <br /> admin�minnehanacreek.org Submit sureties for erosion control in the amount of$ 1,500.00 and wetland <br /> Web Site: • alteration in the amount of$5,440.00 <br /> www.minnehahacreek.org • Subrnit a declaration for the preservation of the wetland buffers which must be <br /> recorded. A site meeting with District Staff will be mandatory to accurately <br /> determine the wetland boundary and buffers for the required declaration. <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J, requires that site <br /> Board of Managers inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a <br /> fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering <br /> Pamela G.Blixt services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are <br /> James Calkins referred to as Rule J fees. <br /> Lance Fisher <br /> Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met <br /> Monica Gross staff will issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until <br /> ScottThomas the permit has been issued. This permit expires one year from the date of this letter.
