This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1095. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Single Family Lakeshore <br /> Residential District. <br /> 3. On November 17, 1986, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed <br /> the application as proposed and recommended approval based on the <br /> following finding: <br /> The proposed emergency preparedness siren W�11 be located at <br /> least 50' from aYl neighboring residential property, lines, <br /> . and will be located within the fenced boundaries of the City <br /> � of Orono water plant property. <br /> 4. A public hearing was held on November 17, 1986 at which time <br /> all interested members of the public were aYlowed to comment on <br /> the proposal. There were no comments from the public. <br /> • 5. The City Council has considered this appYication including <br />. the findings and recommendations of the PYanning Commission, <br /> reports by staff and comments of the applicant and the effect of <br /> the proposed use on the heaYth, safety and welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> .
