THL PLAT OF <br /> , <br /> - WOODHAVRN THIRD ADDITION <br /> y • FILE #1019 <br /> � <br /> " WHER$AS, The City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> ; organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> `- and ' <br /> � WH$R�AS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the o,rferly, economic and <br /> -. safe development of land within the City; and <br /> �� , WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the ' <br /> - application for a subdivision plat by Ralph D. Martinson <br /> � Associates, Inc., the subdivider; and <br /> •y � WHBR$AS, Lots 1 and 2 of the subdivision require a <br /> variance to the public street frontage requirement because both <br /> lots front on a private road rather than a public street; and <br /> i WH$R$AS, the subdivision has been found to meet al 1 <br /> other standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding that each <br /> lot is of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a <br /> -� single family residence to be fully developed without the need of <br /> t <br /> any variances; and <br /> _ WH$R$AS, the subdivider has completed a 11 requirements <br /> �� <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> � 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. <br /> 1990. � <br /> 2. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br /> amount of $200.00 ' . <br /> V 3. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br /> the plat easements and covenants in the amount of $75.00. <br /> ' NOW, TH�R�FORE, BE IT R�SOLVED, that the City Counci 1 <br /> of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Woodhaven Third <br /> : Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following <br /> °j • conditions: <br /> 1.
