WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> � . <br /> �� WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, the City <br /> has received from Hennepin County a list of lands within the City - <br /> . which have become the property of the State of Minnesota for non- <br /> payment of real estate taxes; and <br /> � WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said lands for <br /> compliance with local zoning ordinances, for the amount of out- <br /> standing special assessments remaining unpaid to the City, and/or <br /> : for possible public use by the City as authorized by the <br /> ' Statutes. <br /> � NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> � • the City of Orono, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, hereby <br /> approves the classification of each of the following parcels of <br /> .' land as non-conservation land, and furthermore, approves the <br /> public sale of each parcel of land as listed below to adjacent <br /> property owners. <br /> All parcels remain subject to �all applicable zoning <br /> ordinance provisions, including those regulations providing for <br /> minimum lot area and minimum lot width.
