The property is approximately 0. 85 acre in area. <br /> 4. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br /> July 15, 1985, and recommended approval of the proposed variance , <br /> to Section 10.22, Subdivision 3 to allow the removal of 4 trees � <br /> in the 0-75' lakeshore setback zone; and recommended approval of <br /> a variance to Section 10.55, Subdivision 8 and a conditional use <br /> permit per Section 10.03, Subdi'vision 19 to allow filling and <br /> grading within the 0-75' Iakeshore setback area; finding that: <br /> � A) The 4 trees allowed be removed are alive but overhang <br /> • " the lakeshore bank and pose a hazard to the use of the � <br /> lakeshore. _ <br /> B) The proposed grading will re'store the� lakeshore yard to <br /> nearly the original contours. � <br /> � Page 1 of 4 � <br />
