This application was reviewed as Zoning File #942. ' <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application � <br /> on July 15, 1985, and recommended approval of the proposed <br /> variances based upon the following findings: <br /> A) The applicants propose to concurrently remove por- ; <br /> tions of existing gravel parking area so that there <br /> wi 11 be no net increase in hardcover on the property. <br /> � B) Since the applicants purchased the property in June <br /> 1984, they have removed portions of pre-existing- . <br /> plastic lined rock bed hardcover on the property, and � <br /> they have stated their intent to remove additional such <br /> plastic lined rock beds locat'ed in the 0-75' setback . <br /> � zone. <br /> Page .1 ,of 4 <br />
