Stebbins, the <br /> subdivider; and • " <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has granted variances to <br /> Section 10.03 Subdivision 6 (b) Combination of Separated Parcels <br /> • prohibited based on the following findings: <br /> l. Lot 2, Block l, Balsawood with a total of 3 acres <br /> of area has been. found to have suitable and adequate <br /> area on both sides of an intersecting private driveway <br /> so that a principal structure , a primary and <br /> alternate on-site septic system can be located on the <br /> property meeting all standards for rural development <br /> within � the City. <br /> . 2. The existing driveway was placed without any <br /> consideration of future development of the subject <br /> property and could be relocated if necessary. <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, includinq: <br /> l.
