S° y�"� <br /> C � <br /> Y <br /> � � <br /> Clt� of ORONO <br /> • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ' <br /> '' � NO. 1705 <br /> • � • • � <br /> ��: <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> � WILLOW PROPERTIES ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. 806 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> safe development of land within the City; and , <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a subdivision by Willow Properties, a co- <br /> partnership consisting of W.D. Gagne, Paul G. Roberts, Albert B. <br /> Yngve and Harold VandenElzen, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br /> • standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is <br /> of a size and configuration that will allow each lot to be fully <br /> developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City -Council hereby approves a special <br /> exception to Comprehensive Sewer P1an, Rura1 Sewage Treatment <br /> Policy No. 7 to allow sewer service to Lot l, Block 1, Willow <br /> Properties Addition based on the following findings: <br /> 1. The sewer project (LS-67-1 ) was assessed and <br /> constructed in 1967 prior to the adoption of Orono's <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Plan. . <br /> 2. The Property is already serviced by an existing <br /> sewer service stub. Connection will not involve <br /> � extension. of the municipal line. <br /> 3. Unit,. capacity is available within the municpal <br /> line. <br /> • . <br />
