Hedblom and Carol J. Cline-Hedblom (hereinafter "the <br /> applicants") are owners of the property located at 2601 Casco Point Road within the City of <br /> Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Exhibit A Attached, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> :1�Tinnesota Statutes and the Cin� of Orono Zoning and Plannin� Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on I�Tovember 15, 1999, at �vhich times all persons desirinj <br /> to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 (B) and Section 10.�6, Subdivision 16 (C) (6) to <br /> allow the removal of a deck and to construct a new deck and three season porch that <br /> encroaches 21' into the averaQe lakeshore setback and per Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and <br /> Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (L) (2) to allow 6,310 s.£ (42.�7%) hardcover in the 75-2�0' <br /> lakeshore setback area where 6,310 s.f.
