The wetland and buffer in the back looked good.We <br /> also noticed that 2690 Caroline needed more perimeter control. We will be following up with a letter to these <br /> contractors. At 2618 Casco we did note that perimeter control is missing, but this site only has a sandblanket permit <br /> with us. It doesn't appear they are disturbing enough soil for an erosion control permit. <br /> On our inspection route we also found that 3225 Casco Circle had a large amount of sediment tracking, needed site <br /> stabilization and more perimeter control. The silt fence was not trenched in, and blowing <br /> around in places.
