Olson, husUand and w-ife, <br /> (hereinafter "the Owners") are the are the owners of the property located at 3275 Carman <br /> Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City"} and legally descr•ibed Lot 6 Block 1 <br /> CARMAN'S COVE, Hennepin County, Miru�esota; and <br /> WHEREAS, Concept Landscaping has made application on behalf of the <br /> Owners to the City of Orono for a conditional use permit per Orono Municipal Zonin� Code <br /> Section 78-y66 to ailow reconstruction of reiaining waiis witnin the �-7� IOOT shoreiand <br /> zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, Concept Landscaping has made application on behalf of the <br /> Owners to the City of Orono for a variance from Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78- <br /> 1288 for the hardcover associated with the walls; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City�of,Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on February 20, 2007, at which time all persons desiring to <br /> be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of�Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l.
